Jury duty roll questionnaire

There was a letter in the mail for me today from the Ministry of the Attorney General.

My name has been selected to be considered on a jury roll, a list of potential jurors.

I have to fill in a questionnaire.

It doesn't mean I'll be chosen to serve on a jury ... just determining my eligibility.
