Especially when they are everyone else's!
Gord and I went to the gym this evening and it was packed! No ellipticals or treadmills were available.
So I did 15 minutes on the stepmill ... 7 minutes on "manual" at level 5 and 8 minutes on "fat burn" at level 5. It's a lot harder than it looks! Then I did 30 minutes of HIT strength training.
I tried the stair stepper once, I hated it.
ReplyDeleteIzzy: it's very tuff! Good thing I had tunes blasting in my ears. I closed my eyes and sang along in my head.
ReplyDeleteYeah, that machine seems to be the only one left in our gym lately too. I did it for 20 minutes and my knees really hurt.

ReplyDeleteGreat machines on the cruise ship...and with an incredible of the ocean..you will have to join Wendy and I for our walk every morning on the promenade deck!
Yes that's the reason I decided against a new years resolution this year!! I knew it would be way too busy at the gym! Enjoy your weekend.
