There were eight pairs and, with the cold weather we've been having, I hope they can make use of them.
I'm going to keep making mitts and hopefully I'll have quite a few pair to donate at the beginning of next winter.

Your timing couldn't be better, as the next storm to hit southern Ontario is well on its way. You're a good soul for doing this.

I enjoy knitting but don't feel like committing to a long term project. I can make a pair of mittens in a couple days. It's a small thing but I hope I'm helping others.
