St. Kitts

Our day started doing a tour that LeeAnn had arranged for us with Thenford Grey in and around Basseterre, St. Kitts.

Our boat

Thenford took us to Romney Manor-Caribelle Batik which was once owned by Capt. Samuel Jefferson, the great, great, great grandfather of President Thomas Jefferson. The botanical gardens were lovely!

Then Thenford took us to Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park.

It was a steep climb up but it was worth it for the views and to poke around.

We enjoyed the hot tub for a while.

We had line dancing lessons that evening after supper (Sister Sarah and I ate in one for the buffet restaurants). It's not easy line dancing on a boat that's rocking!

After that, there was the first night of Princess Pop Star. Andy and Christina entered but, alas, didn't make the top two that night (the top two from the three nights were in the final).
