Gord loves to cook and made a
tourtière for supper tonight. As usual, it was very delicious!
This is close to his recipe except he also includes ground beef, carrots and bread crumbs and cooks/mashes the potatoes.
And the best part? He made a double batch so there's one in the freezer for another time!

That looks so good. I make something similar which my Mum used to make. She called it a Plate Meat Pie. I add tomato ketchup!
