Rum Runner Ribs

Gord loves to cook.

A couple weeks ago Sister Sarah came across a recipe for Rum Runner Ribs and sent it to him. Gord's "handle" is Rumrunner, you see.

He's getting them ready now.

What's in the marinade? Dark rum, ketchup, chilli sauce, pineapple, brown sugar, HP Sauce, green onion, lime, ginger and allspice.



They'll sit in the marinade until he BBQs them for supper on Sunday. I can't wait!
