We had Gord's Rum Runner Ribs for supper tonight.
They had been marinating since Friday.
They went on the BBQ:

And they are ready!
And they were delicious!
Gord veered off the recipe because (1) he marinated them in the sauce all weekend and (2) he didn't parboil them first.
Gord's ribs look very delicious. I bet they just as tasty as they looked. My chicken paled in comparison.
