Cherry yellow pear tomatoes

Have you heard of a cherry yellow pear tomato?

I hadn't.

When we went tomato plant shopping in May I found some and thought they sounded intriguing.

Here was one of my plants this morning.

They looked and felt ripe so I ate 'em!

And they were good!

They are the size of a cherry tomato with a bit of a blander taster.

How interesting - a yellow tomato! It is neat that you get to eat what you grow!

Those look really good! I love them in a salad.

Oooo those would look so pretty in a salad mixed with red cherry tomatoes, romaine, black olives and some raw red onion rings.
Yummy.

They didn't even make it inside! I gobbled 'em up outside!
