JobVent.com lets employees candidly review companies they've worked for, whether it's for catharsis, altruism or a combination of the two. Search for specific companies by name, or browse names alphabetically. Each reviewed company has a cumulative score based on ratings by employees, plus honest and helpful reviews and explanations.
I found a couple of my former employers listed and it was interesting to read others' opinions.
