Snow in May?

I taught a Mail Merge workshop this morning and a basic Excel seminar this afternoon north of Bloor/Bathurst.

Driving home, it looked like I had just missed a snowstorm.

Huh?

Alas, I didn't have my camera or phone handy to take pix. I was in shock anyway.

I came across these pix on blogTO.

It was a film shoot for Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. Fake snow is the best kind!

I live in Las Vegas, NV. It is the opposite here, hot and dry and no snow barely ever. I am from Utica, NY. I miss skiing and snowmobiling but besides that I don't miss it much.

How bizarre huh! I can remember on my prom night (back in the stone ages) it snowed! The snow didn't last, just dropped and melted. Yes, it was Newfoundland, but still -- I mean, come on, Weather Gods!!

At first I thought it was real - witch I like best - but admit its a bit late for that now :-)

I was on Bloor and was taken aback when I saw that. Then I went up close and saw it was fake. It was deceiving even close up.

Mon: There was fake foamy snow. But there was also some that looked real.
