I taught a Mail Merge workshop this morning and a basic Excel seminar this afternoon north of Bloor/Bathurst.
Driving home, it looked like I had just missed a snowstorm.
Huh?
Alas, I didn't have my camera or phone handy to take pix. I was in shock anyway.
I came across these pix on blogTO.
It was a film shoot for Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. Fake snow is the best kind!
We had some flakes in Winnipeg today. LOL
ReplyDeleteI live in Las Vegas, NV. It is the opposite here, hot and dry and no snow barely ever. I am from Utica, NY. I miss skiing and snowmobiling but besides that I don't miss it much.
ReplyDeletewhat a sight! *laugh*
ReplyDeleteHow bizarre huh! I can remember on my prom night (back in the stone ages) it snowed! The snow didn't last, just dropped and melted. Yes, it was Newfoundland, but still -- I mean, come on, Weather Gods!!
ReplyDeleteAt first I thought it was real - witch I like best - but admit its a bit late for that now :-)
ReplyDeleteYou had me fooled!
ReplyDeleteI was on Bloor and was taken aback when I saw that. Then I went up close and saw it was fake. It was deceiving even close up.
ReplyDeleteMon: There was fake foamy snow. But there was also some that looked real.
