So before we went to The Proposal, we stopped at Great Lakes Brewery, which is just around the corner from the theatre.
Founded in 1987, Great Lakes is Toronto’s oldest craft brewery.

When I read the very beginning I thought you said God loves beer, LOL! I was thinking I'll get along great with God in person someday. I know I'd get along with Gord just fine anyway ;-)
