BBQed pork roast

After the tragic theft yesterday, we still had a pork roast for Gord to BBQ for supper today.

It's a big one ... enough for supper tonight ... and sandwiches for lunches tomorrow ... and I'll use the rest in jambalaya for supper tomorrow night.

I made dirty mashed potatoes to go along with it.

Yum!
