Oh Teena I am sooo sorry ...what an incredible shock for you. Having a pet is the most incredible gift in the world and they are just like family. Thinking of you and your beloved Byron!
I'd like to offer my deepest condolences and a hug. It's always devastating to lose a pet, and even more so when it's unexpected. Byron seemed like a wonderful cat, and I can only hope he's in kitty heaven now. I'm sure Morgan is sad as well. May I ask what happened? Hang in there.
I am beyond sorry to hear this. He was SO YOUNG! How does something like this happen. I can't imagine what you're feeling -- so unexpected like that. It was very fast, with Tigger and Simba. I knew enough to take them to the vet, etc.. But just like that? Oh, Teena. Hugs. Know that I'm thinking of you and, frankly, crying. ((HUGS))
I am so sorry for your loss. It is so difficult to lose a pet. My cat Tiger died last year. He was 21 and we had some great years together. In fact, he meant so much to me that I had him cremated. His ashes are in his favorite room of the house. Remember those great times you had with Byron.
Byron died just after midnight.

We suspect it was a heart attack ... it happened in about five seconds.
Amy: we're having him cremated also and will be bringing him home.
