NYC has some of the best mounted police officers in the world :)
I didn't know they had a St Louis on King West. I had to look it up, and I will have to go! :)
Not unusual in England when there is a football match to police but not a sight we see at other times much.
bicycles are more common here. happiest looking officers have 2 wheels not 4.

nope, sometimes on mountain bikes, or during the summer flying over the island in a helicopter searching out the hidden pot plantations
