Big Tobacco & the Pickers at Grossman's

Gord and I met Darlene at Grossman's tonight ... Big Tobacco & the Pickers were playing.

Darlene and I had seen them with Angie in March at the Dakota and they were good.

I used to go to Grossman's many many years ago to watch blues bands ... I saw Amanda Marshall, Jeff Healey and others before they became famous. At that time, Grossman's was a dump but the tunes were good.

Here's Darlene and I ...

And Gord ...

And here's Big Tobacco & the Pickers ...

Ya gotta love a band that plays a washboard!

They played a lot of country standards along with their original songs (they will be releasing an album soon).
