Eduardo, Louise and I worked together in 1998 (they are still with the same company) in my 'hood (I didn't live here at the time). We would go to Island Foods quite often for lunch.
Even after I left, we still met every three months or so at Island Foods. Eduardo and Louise now work not far from where I work (mid-town) so alas we can't go to Island Foods anymore. We meet in that 'hood now.
Because of the G20 Summit, our department was advised to work from home so I had to postpone our lunch 'til next month.
I was craving a boneless chicken roti so went to Island Foods for lunch.
And here it is ...
As usual, it was delicious!
