Gord and I walked to the Taste of Little Italy this evening (it's happening all weekend). It's about a 20 minute walk for us.
College Street is closed from Shaw to Bathurst (15 blocks). There are stands selling food, jewelry, etc. along with bands on most corners, patios, games of chance and rides for kids.
We always walk from one end (Shaw) to the other (Bathurst). There seemed to be a lot more this year.
Then we have a 15 minute shiatsu treatment (only $10!). It felt good!
We had supper on the patio at Burrito Boyz ... the College Street location just opened in January and this was the first time we'd check them out. I adore their burritos!
Though they had a stand on the street which was really really busy, we ordered inside so we could get what we wanted on them (I don't like lettuce and Gord doesn't like tomatoes).
Waiting for ours to be be ready ...
Look at these magnificent delights!
The Taste of Little Italy is very popular!
We had a couple drinks on the patio at Souz Dal.

I love burritos and am always meaning to try out Burrito Boyz! When I used to live in Kensington I went to Big Fat Burrito all the time! It was delicious!
I've had a Big Fat Burrito burrito ... it was okay. I like Burrito Boyz a lot more.
