Bon Jovi, Rogers Centre, Toronto

I've seen Bon Jovi twice in concert ...the Have a Nice Day tour in 2006 and the Keep the Faith tour in 1993. I didn't really get into them until the Keep the Faith album.

Here they were tonight ...

They also made use of the half track in front of the stage ...

They played lots of their older tunes and, of course, encouraged everyone to sing along ... as if the crowd needed encouragement!

And then they said good-bye ...

Great concert! They played for about 2.5 hours with tons of enthusiasm and energy ... hard to believe they are getting close to 50. Tico, the drummer, at 56 was amazing!

They were here last night too ... here's the review from the Toronto Star.

You had really good seats. Things sell out so quickly here its difficult to get up close seating.

Wow, those are great shots. I'll bet that was a fabulous show! I love Bon Jovi, and that's one group I've yet to see in concert.

Bon Jovi was more during my sisters age. 12 years younger than me. But she just adored him.
