When I was at City Hall today, I saw that they are knocking down the building that houses the washrooms, skate rentals and tourist info kiosk (years ago there was a snack bar too).
It should be interesting to see if they are going to rebuild it.

Where will you pee at City Hall?
Although you don't have to worry about renting skates at City Hall for a while, when winter comes, you may have to. But if you have to pee, there could be a problem.
