The Danforth between Broadview and Jones is shut down for traffic.
I had heard that it attracts a lot of people ... it was jammed when we got there about 3pm.
There was some entertainment at the beginning and end of the festival ... I'm surprised there wasn't more on the corners like at the Taste of Little Italy (which we love!).
If you're hungry, there is lots of food, if you don't mind huge line-ups.

There were games of chance and rides for the kids.
Carlsberg had a couple beer gardens (we didn't partake).
I'm glad we checked it out so I could see what we were missing.Would we go again? No ... it was way too crowded and not all that fun.

Oh no say no more, or show no more,you are tempting me to take the first flight over the Pond just to be there.

I always have wanted to go check out this festival, but after reading about your experience I'm no so sure!
a beer garden and gord didnt go. it must have been really packed lol
