Introducing Crumpet

I checked out the Annex Cat Rescue, I took a look at the kitties and Gigi caught my eye.

And guess who became part of our family today?

Gigi!

Her foster mom, Alexandra, was nice enough to allow us meet her this evening.

We've renamed her Crumpet. She is nine weeks old and weighs just over 1.5 pounds. She's so cute!

I wasn't sure how Morgan was going to react so I was going to take it slowly and carefully. I figured he'd be pissed off. When we got home, he took off into our bedroom.

Crumpet started off discovering her new home right away. She seems to really like my laptop.

She had a bite to eat.

She and Gord are getting along well (see how small she is!).

Morgan came out from sulking for a while to see what was going on.

He never got further than the kitchen before he headed back to the bedroom.

Crumpet is currently asleep on the back of the couch ... I think she likes it here.
