It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas ... in Montreal

I had a meeting today in Montreal. I work for a firm that has a large office in Montreal and I'm on a marketing committee.

The meeting started at 10am so I caught a 7:40am flight this morning. It was dark and the ground was wet (but no rain) here in Toronto when the cab picked me up at 6:30am to head to the airport.

I got quite a shock when we landed in Montreal. There was snow on the ground and it was still snowing! Eeek! This is looking onto a runway.

Hard to believe it was only an hour's flight away!

When I got home to Toronto this afternoon, it was 10C and sunny. Quite a difference! I took this picture on the ferry from the Island Airport.

Today started off soooo c-c-cold but ended up quite nice! Such a weird month November has been!

The weather certainly has been interesting this month. But I'm not complaining ... hopefully we can escape the snow (I know a nice dream, eventually it will come).

We have left Caledon, on snowy days and by the time we get to hwy 7/Woodbridge area .. the weather is completely different.

Happy Thursday...xo HHL

My niece lives in Montreal and she is very happy because it has snowed there. Toronto is really very southerly, isn't it.
Have a wonderful day. Cindy

Yeah wasn't that a blast! Hopefully you didn't get caught up in the bad traffic. Most of it has melted, but there be more soon enough.

Wow, I'd definitely take the 10 and sunny over the snow and cold O.o

Even though it's almost December, I'm so not ready for winter!!
