Steve and I had a client meeting in Oakville this morning.
Afterwards we had lunch at the Lone Star Texas Grill, not far from the client's site.
Our server, Nevada (her Lone Star name), took great care of us. She was fun, friendly and helpful.
Nevada brought us some chips and salsa to munch on as we looked over the menu.
We both ordered “Big Rig” Tijuana Burrito (a 12-inch flour tortilla filled with Mexi-beef, Mexican rice, refried beans and Con Queso. Topped with their own Ranchero sauce and Jack & Cheddar cheese, served with guacamole, sour cream and Pico de Gallo).
I got mine without the guacamole and sour cream.
I ate some rice but concentrated on the burrito.
It was delicious but it defeated me and I left some.
I'd go back the next time I'm in Oakville and am hungry.

Yum - went with a friend in the summer - we both had the 4 mini margerita's - 4 different flavours -they were fabulous!
delicious looking meal looks wonderful
I love Lone Star! They have the BEST fajitas.
Oh ya, and their corn chips and salsa are to die for!
we had one open up in Brampton at the beginning of the summer. It's been packed ever since. I've been once and really liked it. I can't wait to go again.
