I had supper at Jack Astor's this evening.
It was fairly busy for a Monday evening.
My server, Kevin, was great. He was friendly and took good care of me.
I was torn between my two favourites there ...
Chicken Parmigiana (Fresh chicken breast, lightly breaded and topped with smoked Mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. Served with bowtie pasta, tossed in a creamy cheese sauce.) and Indian Butter Chicken (An authentic recipe! Fresh, marinated chicken breast sautéed in an aromatic butter sauce, served with Basmati rice and tandoor baked Naan bread.)
Kevin helped me out by flipping a coin and I had Chicken Parm, which was good and filling.

Jack Astor is our number one go-to if it's in any town we are visiting and have no energy to fine dine. East Side Mario's (for that delicious unlimited garden salad) is option #2.
I've never had the Indian Butter Chicken but it's on my list of options to try. :)
Chicken Parmigiana mmmmmm. I haven't had that in a while.
