Boston Pizza, Winnipeg, MB

I had another tiring but rewarding day today.  I conducted three seminars back-to-back-to back this morning and spent the afternoon conducting one-on-ones.

I was hungry at suppertime and craving pasta.  I didn't feel like venturing too far from my hotel and Boston Pizza on St. Mary Avenue was nearby.

Stars on Ice is in town, I discovered, so the restaurant was fairly jammed.

I grabbed a hightop table in the corner and settled in with my book and a glass of wine.

I ordered Chicken Parmesan (A tender chicken breast breaded and fried until golden brown. Topped with pomodoro sauce and pizza mozzarella then baked to perfection. Garden greens with our signature sun-dried tomato balsamic vinaigrette to start.), minus the salad (Carrie, my server, gave me an extra slice of garlic bread instead) and with spaghetti in a creamy tomato sauce.

It was good ... the chicken kinda tasted like KFC.

Carrie was friendly and took good care of me.  She has some tattoos and we talked about them for a bit.
