Quebec City, Qc

I have a sales conference next week in Quebec City so flew in today to spend a couple days exploring.

This afternoon I headed to Old Quebec City, about a 15 minute walk from my hotel.

At De la Couronne and Cote d'Abraham, there is a staircase to go up.

Or you can take the elevator that is next door.

I took the elevator.  Here's the view at the top looking down De la Couronne.

Then I walked along Ste-Marie ...

To St-Jean ...

There are lots of shops on St-Jean.  This is the second floor of a clothing store.  One of these things is not like the other ...

To get into Old Quebec, you have to pass through St. John's Gate.

The buildings look really old and most of the streets are very narrow.
