Bella Vista Trattoria and Wine Bar, Toronto ON

Tonight was Mary's 60th birthday party.

Mary's husband, Malcolm, has been friends with Gord for 20+ years (they met through a baseball pool).

It was held at Bella Vista Trattoria & Wine Bar on College Street.

After socializing, appies were served.  Gord and I swapped some stuff on our plates ... I gave him my cheese and meat and he gave me his tomatoes and bruschetta (the bruschetta was delicious!).

Here are Rick and Maggie.  Gord has known Rick for 20+ years (they met in the same baseball pool).  Rick and Maggie have been together for more than eight years.

 The main was served.  Gord ordered stuffed chicken ... he said it was very good.

I had ordered steak ... it was good and a large portion.

Here are Angela, Gord and Sox.  Sox is in the same baseball pool ... Angela and Sox are married.

Here are Mary (the birthday girl!) and Malcolm.

A humungous cake was brought out ... and it was good.

Mary thanked us all for coming.

There were about 30 of us in the upper level of the restaurant.  The service was excellent!
