Chilled Cork, Chatham, ON

I am in Chatham (about three hours from Toronto) for a couple days visiting a client.

I had supper this evening at the Chilled Cork, which is near my hotel.

Inside it's kind of funky ...

They start you with warm rolls.  Yum!

I ordered the pork chop with BBQ sauce and apple chutney.  I swapped my fingerling potatoes for buttermilk mashed potatoes and had them leave off the veggies.

It was delicious!  It felt like good home cooking.

Thought tempted by the sounds of the chocolate cake, I passed on dessert.

Brian was my server and he took excellent care of me.

  1. this sounds right up my alley....is it a wine joint? I didn't hear mention of wine, but the name implies....
