Moselland Riesling wine - cat bottles

Almost every year the LCBO sells two bottles of Moselland Riesling wine in the shape of cats in November.

Gord saw that they were out yesterday and bought them for me (thanks, Gord!).

This year they are soft red and mustard yellow (2012 vintage) ...

I've been collecting them for over ten years and now have 28. They are all different colours/vintages and unopened.

  2. This message is for Cyndie DeWitt. Do you still need an empty gold cat bottle? I was at my mom's house today and she knows I am having a garage sale. She gave me two bottles, one sort of red and one gold, in the shape of cats. I thought they were pretty cool so I looked them up and somehow stumbled onto your post. If you would like it you can have it, you would just have to figure out how to get it to you. Anyway, my name is Kim and my e-mail is popwebster@gmail.com. Just put "Cat Bottle" in the RE: so I know it's okay to open it. Okay, have a great day!

  9. I have been collecting these for years and have dozens, probably more than 50 now. I love making a spectrum of color across my fireplace mantel with them! I occasionally think about selling the entire collection which would be quite pricey.

  10. Question for Anonymous. Is the 1997 date on the bottom of the bottle or on the label? Usually those dates differ by one year.
