Boccone Trattoria Veloce, Mississauga, ON

I'm catching a flight to Saskatoon ... by the time arrive at my hotel, it will be 8:30ish so kind of late for supper.  So I had an early supper at Boccone Trattoria Veloce at Pearson Airport before my flight.

It used to be non-name brand burger restaurant and Chef Massimo Capro recently took over the space and renovated it.

I ordered a Calabrese pizza.

I was concerned that it might be too spicy ... but it wasn't.  It was delicious!  The tomato sauce tasted so fresh and crust was really light.  I'd stop in for another Calebrese pizza the next time I'm at the airport!

My only complaint is that they only have dull butter knives to cut with.  But I can see why they don't have sharp steak knives since people could steal them and take them onto the plane.  Eeeek!

My server was friendly and attentive.
