Freezing in Saskatoon

When I picked up the rental car at the Saskatchewan airport tonight about 7:45ish, it was cold.

How cold?

Freezing cold ... -23C/-9.4F.

By the time I got to the hotel about a half hour later, it was -29C/-20.2F (-38C/-36.4F with the windchill).

Brrrrr!
