Dante's Pizza, Vaughan, ON

Three colleagues and I had two meetings today ... one in North York this morning and one in Concord this afternoon.  We headed to the location of the second meeting and had lunch beforehand nearby at Danta's Pizza.

We ate in the dining room

All four of us ordered sandwiches.  I had a meatball sandwich with cheese and roasted red peppers.

It was delicious!  The bun was crusty on the outside and warm and soft on the inside.  I tried to pick it up to eat it but there was just too much stuff inside ... so we ended up eating them with forks and knives.  I hadn't had breakfast and was hungry and ate it all ... it was filling!

Nicole was our server and she took good care of us.

Dante's is fabulous!! They used to be in a little plaza on Yonge Street in Thornhill - their pizza is unbelievable EXPENIVE but COVERED in toppings - one piece and you are toast! I love the steak and onion - they used to have about 20 deliver cars and go every where you can think of - I don't get there as much as I used to. I have never had the sub.

The pizzas looked and smelled goooooood! But even the mini was too big for one person and yes, I found them a bit pricey.
