The Morrissey House, London, ON

I had supper tonight at the Morrissey House ... the receptionist at my hotel recommended it.

When I went there just after 9pm, the place was jammed as it was trivia night, which was just wrapping up.

I took this as I was leaving (trivia night was over)

I got the only spot left ... a seat at the bar.

I've never heard of Forked River Brewing Company so tried their blonde, which was on tap.  It was good.

I ordered wings with coconut/curry sauce and fries.

There were seven wings to a pound and they were big.
Though they were tender, I found the skin rubbery
and the sauce (which was good) didn't stick to them ...
so they were kind of bland.
All I could taste was the charring from the grilling.
The fries were good ... crispy!

It had a good vibe and I'd go back (and try something else on the menu).

Serena was my server ... she was friendly and helpful.
