Inn at the Forks, Winnipeg, MB

I have some enrolment seminars to conduct south of Winnipeg the next couple days and I flew to Winnipeg yesterday evening.  I spent last night at the Inn at the Forks.

Here's my room ...

The coffee and ice bucket are in the top drawer

The bathroom was big.

Rather than hanging a tag on the outside doorknob, you indicate if you want your room cleaned or not by pressing a button by the door.

Here's the waiting area by the elevators on my floor.

The room was $220 (plus taxes).  Parking is a block away.  You can either park it yourself for $15 (which I did) or have it valet parked for $20.  WIFI is included and it's quick.  There is no microwave oven or mini fridge in the room but there is a safe tucked in the desk drawer.

It's next door to the Forks Market among other things and there is a spa in the hotel (alas, I didn't have time to enjoy any of the services).
