Gord and I were invited to the spring media launch of Porzia (at Queen W/Brock Street), which is in our 'hood.

Katie made their signature drinks

There was a DJ playing tunes.

There is an open kitchen in the back.

Here are some of the plates of food that were set out to try.

I'm sure everything was great but there were a lot of people to truly experience the restaurant (long waits for drinks, food being place at the back rather than distributed throughout the restaurant, etc.).  It would be interesting to go back and check it out again during a non-media event.
