Blaze Restaurant & Lounge, Winnipeg, MB

There was a concert downtown tonight and the restaurants were jammed.  I don't usually eat in hotel restaurants but I didn't have much choice.  So I had supper at Blaze Restaurant & Lounge in the Delta Hotel ... and I'm glad I did.

I sat on the lobby side rather than inside the dining area.

I ordered a Berkshire Pulled Pork Sandwich (without coleslaw) and smashed potatoes.

The potatoes were good but really peppery

The pulled pork sandwich was delicious ...
the bun was soft and tasted almost buttery

Allen was my server.  He was friendly and made sure I was taken care of.
