A continental breakfast was included and was in this room off the lobby. There was a selection of cereal, bread, bagels, yogurt, boiled eggs, sliced meat, etc.
WIFI (it was painfully slow most of the time) and parking were complimentary. Apparently there is a laundry room downstairs. In the room, there was a mini-fridge, safe and microwave. The air conditioner worked well but it was LOUD. It was nice to be able to open the window for some fresh air. There were three lights in the room. One wasn't plugged in and another had no bulb ... huh?
There are restaurants and stores within walking distance.
I doubt I'd stay here again.

I work in Sherwood Park and when we have customer's in for training we tell them to avoid the Ramada. Next time try the Holiday Inn Express they have better rooms and heard great things about their continental breakfast.
