Toma Burger Addiction, Toronto, ON

I had lunch today at Toma Burger Addiction on Queen W (just west of Manning).  It's been in our 'hood for a couple years and I've been wanting to check it out.

They had lots of interesting burger combinations.  I ordered The Cheeseburger, without lettuce.  I substituted cheddar cheese for mozzarella di Bufala (for an extra $1.99).

Their brioche buns are baked fresh daily in-house and branded with a ” T “

The patties are made using a blend of fresh ground beef, chuck and brisket,
seasoned  with sea salt, ground pepper and a special blend of spice,
and cooked to the order on their flat griddle

It was a delicious burger ... the bun was soft and the patty was tender and juicy

Chelsea was my server.  She was friendly and took good care of me.
