Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites London, London, ON

I have to spend today in St. Thomas so spent last night at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites London on Wellington Road (about a 25 minute drive from St. Thomas).  I'd stayed here last year and liked it.

Here is my room ...

My room was $126 (plus taxes).  Parking was included as was WIFI.  I liked that the windows in the bedroom open so I could get fresh air.  There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and the mall is just down the street.  I had a delicious supper last night at Flavurs, which is attached to the hotel.

My only complaint is though the rooms are "no smoking", someone had obviously been smoking sometime in the room as it, especially the bathroom, smelled like cigarette smoke.  I always travel with a scented candle so that helped.  Plus I opened a window.  I mentioned it to the staff at the check-in desk and they offered to moved me.  Since I was only staying one night, I didn't bother.  Holiday Inn was also very quick and responsive to tweets.
