Dublin Calling Party Pub & Kitchen, Toronto, ON

The Dublin Calling (on Colborne Street, west of Church) opened in November.  Gord and I had  supper there this evening before the Jeremy Hotz show.

There is a pool table on the main floor and dart boards downstairs

Gord ordered Crispy Mac 'n Cheese.  I had a piece and thought it was okay.  Gord, on the other hand, enjoyed them and would order them again.

We both ordered wings with lemon pepper seasoning.  They were good and we'd both get them again.

The beer selection is surprisingly mainstream and not overly exciting.

Kaeleigh was our server and she was great.  There must have been over 200 people in the pub and she was the only server!  She was literally running around but managed to keep her cheer and was friendly.  They need more servers!  The manager was hanging around and could have helped more.  He was more concerned with texting and taking empty glasses off tables.  At one point, I had finished my beer and would have liked another drink.  The manager walked off with my glass and didn't bother to ask if I wanted another.  He's definitely not a people person.
