Trius wine club - May 2016

Our May Trius wine club box arrived this week.

Gord and I have been members of the Trius Wine Club for over ten years.

Every month, 2 bottles of our best wine will be delivered to your door along with Winemaker Craig McDonald’s tasting notes and Executive Chef Frank Dodd’s recipes.

The cost is $46 a month and it's only available in Ontario.

  • Trius Barrel Fermented Chardonnay (2014) - $19.95 - the recipe included it's paired with is Salmon, Potato and Parsley Cakes - we're not fans of chardonnays so will be giving this away
  • Trius Cabernet Sauvignon (2014) - $14.95 - the recipe included it's paired with is Spiced Sweet Potato and Lentil Soup
