They make their beer onsite.
I couldn't remember what beer of theirs I like so Veronique, my server, gave me three samples to figure it out.
It turns out I like the Septième Ciel.

I ordered linguini with a rosé sauce with a smoked Swiss sausage. It was delicious! I have had it before and liked it.

Veronique was friendly and took good care of me. When she was done her shift, though, the server who took her place wasn't as diligent and I had to grab his attention for a second beer when my empty glass didn't.
