Toronto Blue Jays 0, Baltimore Orioles 4

Gord and I went to the Blue Jays game this evening.  It was the last home game and they played Baltimore.

It was raining so the roof was closed.

The national anthems were sung.

Ace, the Blue Jays mascot, worked the crowd.

Marcus Stroman was the Jays' starting pitcher.  He looked above for support and then threw his first pitch.

Here is the Jays' batting line-up.

Our seats were in the 100 level, just up from first base.

The prize for the 50/50 draw was $133,020 ... sweet!  That would be enough to pay off our mortgage and do some renovations.

Alas, we didn't win :(

The Jays were always losing and Ace worked to get the crowd going.

The Jays had a hard time getting a hit and ended up losing 4 - 0.  The Jays only have three games left in the season and they are chasing the wild card spot.

Here are Gord and I after the game.
