Cardero’s Restaurant & Marine Pub, Vancouver, BC

I had supper this evening with my brother, Lance, and his wife, Mei, at Cardero's Restaurant & Marine Pub.

There is a bar section

We sat in the dining room

It was a bit chilly and rainy and the patio was heated

Here are Lance and Mei.

Our server, Nicolina, started us with bread.

Lance and Mei ordered Shrimp Dumplings.  They said they were good.

Our mains were good.  Mei ordered a sirloin steak.

Lance ordered the fish special, an Arctic Char.

I ordered the Cornish Game Hen.

For dessert, Lance and Mei ordered pumpkin cheesecake.

Nicolina was great.  She was friendly and chatty and took good care of us.  When I told her I was a Toronto Blue Jays fan (the Blue Jays were playing Baltimore Orioles in the wild card game) and admonished her for not being one, she showed her spirit.
