The Gentlemen's Expo, Toronto, ON

Gord and I went to the Gentlemen's Expo this afternoon ... it's the first time we'd gone.  It was from Thursday 'til today.

There was a lot of variety from games to drinks to accessories to financial services to haircuts and more!

We ended up with 17 sample bags of Jack Link's beef jerky
Need a haircut?
Funky canes
You could win a prize in the OLG pit ... bazinga!

Hockey fans would have loved the Hockey Hall of Fame display.

Rick Mercer was filming a segment for his show and was getting a mask at the Clinique booth.

Gord got one too.  Guiliana gave us some samples afterwards.

Gord ended up getting interviewed by Rick.

Rick put some of the mask on his cameraman

Tokens were $1 each and could be used for drinks, etc.

We used our tokens for drinks.  Here's what I had ...

Blonde lager from Great Lakes Brewery
Blonde lager from Amsterdam Brewery
Our favourite of the event was a Diplomático
Exclusiva rum ... thanks, Nadine!
Samuel Adams Boston Lager
Old Flame Red Vienna
Mill Street Organic
I wasn't crazy about the moonshine

I had a braised rib pie from the Pie Commission.  Yum!

There were demonstrations.

Best Buy talked about technology
Cooking
Former Toronto Maple Leafs Doug Gilmore and Wendel Clark

You could jump in and jam.

The Jack Link's sasquach did

Gord was goofing around when we left.

It was a fun expo and we'll be back next year!
