I've been to Cora across Canada a few times and ordered what I've always ordered ... blueberry pancakes. I don't have pancakes very often so it's a treat. They were really good today. The fresh blueberries were a bit tart which matched well with the sweet cream.
Debbie was my server and she was very friendly and cheerful.
