I had lunch today at Buon Gusto, which is in downtown Guelph.
I love love love pizza and ordered a D'Abuzzo pizza. Their pizzas are made in a wood-burning oven, hearth-baking them at 900 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 seconds. It was a good pizza. I liked the crust, which is the traditional Neapolitan thin-crust style ... it was soft and chewy. The cheese was creamy. The salami was salty. There was a lot of tomato ... good thing I like tomatoes! I'd get it again.
Louisa was my server. She was friendly and took good care of me.
