Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market, Toronto, ON

Today is the first Pedestrian Sunday in Kensington Market of 2018.

It was a gorgeous sunny warm day and I walked there this afternoon.  It was pretty crowded (but not too crowded) so obviously others had the same idea as me.  It's been a few years since I've checked it out and it's gotten livelier.

It was a fun spot to be!  There was lots to see and do ... musicians/entertainment, vendors, food, games, etc.

I headed north on Augusta Avenue from Dundas Street W.

I had a couple beer at Kensington Brewering Company and then headed south on Augusta Avenue.

Then I headed east on Baldwin Street.

I headed south on Kensington Avenue.

There was a big line-up for jerk chicken at Rasta Pasta
The jerk chicken looked delicious!
$10 for a pair of jeans ... that's a lotta denim!

I look forward to heading to Pedestrian Sundays in Kensington Market in months to come!

  1. So cool! I just booked my flight to Toronto for July when my daughter is playing in the National Field Hockey Tourney at U of T. I'm going to keep my eyes on your restaurants even more now. I already had Kensington Market on my 'want to see' list.
