Carbone Coal Fired Pizza, Winnipeg, MB (Taylor Avenue)

I had supper this evening at Carbone Coal Fired Pizza.

Pizzas are baked in a coal oven at 850F and take five to seven minutes

I love love love pizza and ordered a 12-inch pizza with pepperoni and cherry tomatoes.  It was a good pizza!  The crust was light and the crunchy along the edges.  The ingredients tasted fresh.  I'd get it again.
